Privacy & Data Protection is published eight times per year
Compliance & Risk and Freedom of Information are published six times per year

How many pages are the journals?
Each journal is 20 A4 pages in length.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by card, cheques and bank transfers

Can we pay for the subscription by credit/debit card?
Yes, you can make payments by card

When will our subscription start?
When you take out a subscription, you will be sent an invoice by email (unless you sent us a cheque with your completed application form). Once payment is received, we will start your subscription.

Can I choose what edition of the journal is my starting edition?
Yes, just let us know what edition you would like.

Can we get more than one Hard Copy Subscription?
Yes. We will invoice you at 50% of your usual rate for each additional hard copy.

Why is the Electronic Subscription more expensive?
The Electronic Subscription is more expensive because it provides the following benefits over the Hard Copy Subscription:

• Subscribers receive the Electronic version approximately one week before the Hard Copy version (longer in the case of international subscriptions)
• The Electronic version is delivered as a PDF document by email – this document can be quickly and easily shared with your colleagues by forwarding the email to them . However, it must not be sent to anyone outside of your organisation.
• The Electronic version can be uploaded to your intranet or other internal database. It must not be made available outside of your organisation.

Can we change the type of subscription after the subscription has started?
Yes. You can convert your existing Hard Copy Subscription to an Electronic or Electronic plus Hard Copy Subscription at any time. We will issue an invoice for the balance due on a pro rata basis.

Do we qualify for the discount?
The discounted rates apply to the types of organisation in the list below. The standard rate applies to all other bodies, including all national organisations.
